It wasn't just about retrieving stolen eggs anymore; it was about freeing exotic birds from smugglers. Officially, you cannot. The Google Play Store and iOS App Store force-update apps to the final "Sunset" version (which removed the Rio 2 promotional content). However, the Android APK for 1.4.4 is widely preserved by the Angry Birds Modding Community .
