If prompted, enter your screen lock password or Flyme account password.

Tap Reset Phone .

When standard troubleshooting fails, a hard reset (also known as a factory reset) is the ultimate solution.

Tap on Factory Data Reset .

Scroll down and tap on Backup & Reset (may be listed under "Personal" or "System").

Confirm your choice. A warning will appear. Use the volume buttons to select OK and press the Power button.

Press the Power button to go back to the main menu. Then select Reboot → Reboot to System .

Open the Settings app on your MEIZU M5.
