Keep holding both buttons until the screen turns on. You will see the ITEL logo, then a dark screen with small text.
Power off your ITEL A48 completely. Wait 10 seconds.
Release both buttons. You are now in Factory Mode or SPD Upgrade Mode – this is the bootloader-equivalent interface for Spreadtrum (Unisoc) chipsets used in the A48.

Go back to Settings > System > Developer Options and turn on USB Debugging and OEM Unlocking .
Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button and the Power button simultaneously.
On your PC, open a command prompt (CMD) in the folder where you have ADB and Fastboot installed. Keep holding both buttons until the screen turns on

Connect your phone to your PC via USB cable.
Type the following command and press Enter: Wait 10 seconds
Use the Volume Down button to navigate to the option labeled "Bootloader" or "Fastboot" (if available).
