He calls out to Piya, who is now levitating inside the circle, tears streaming but a smile on her face.

Kabir whispers an ancient vampire vow – a love oath that binds his life to hers. As he speaks, the red circle cracks.

She dips her hand into a cauldron and pulls out a mirror shard. Inside: a young girl (new character) crying in a dark room. The girl has the same golden mark as Piya. For the first time, Kabir cries human tears

He breaks down. “What have I done to you?”

Kabir refuses. “I won’t let you become a ghost walking.”

“Happiness isn’t something I keep. It’s something I make. And I’ll make new memories – with you. Alive. Take them.”
