In 2023, Arce took a sharp left turn into digital media—with a Luddite twist. For the Venice Biennale collateral event, he presented "The Cloud is a Leaky Pipe." He built a server room inside a 16th-century palazzo. The servers ran a live feed of global Wikipedia edits.
