How do Indian Bhajans come to Switzerland
Some Swiss Sai devotees and musicians dedicate themselves to singing, playing and teaching these Bhajans. For this purpose they have edited books with the transcription from original Indian audio sources of 3 x 108 Bhajans (324 Bhajans) in western music notation.
Why do we sing Bhajans
In 1968 Sathya Sai Baba said: "Sing aloud the glory of God and charge the atmosphere with divine adoration; the clouds will pour the sanctity through rain on the fields; the crops will feed on it and purify and fortify the food; the food will induce divine urges in man. This is the chain of progress. This is the reason why I insist on group singing of the names of the Lord."

Steve, always willing to share his knowledge, agreed to send Alex a copy of the eBook. As Alex devoured the content, he found himself transformed by the holistic approach to fitness and wellness. It was a chilly winter morning when Steve Cotter first discovered the world of kettlebell training. A renowned strength and conditioning coach, Steve had always been fascinated by the ancient Russian weights that resembled a cannonball with a handle. Growing up in Ireland, Steve was an avid sports enthusiast, playing rugby, Gaelic football, and athletics. However, it wasn't until he stumbled upon a kettlebell training session at a local gym that he became hooked. steve cotter kettlebell training pdf
One day, Steve received an email from a young trainer named Alex, who had stumbled upon Steve's work and was eager to learn more. Alex was particularly interested in Steve's eBook, "Kettlebell Training," which had been making waves in the strength and conditioning community. The eBook, a comprehensive guide to kettlebell exercises, programming, and philosophy, was only available in digital format.
One day, Steve received an invitation to conduct a kettlebell workshop in Moscow, the spiritual home of the kettlebell. As he stood on the stage, surrounded by enthusiasts and trainers from all over the world, Steve couldn't help but reflect on his journey. Years went by, and Steve became a leading authority on kettlebell training. He traveled the world, conducting workshops and seminars, and certifying trainers in his comprehensive kettlebell programs. Steve believed that kettlebell training was more than just a form of exercise; it was a way of life.
The workshop was a huge success, with participants of all levels learning from Steve's expertise. As the attendees dispersed, each carrying a newfound appreciation for kettlebell training, Steve smiled, knowing that his legacy would continue to inspire generations to come. And as he walked off the stage, a 24kg kettlebell safely tucked away in his bag, Steve couldn't help but feel a sense of pride and satisfaction, knowing that his eBook, "Kettlebell Training," would remain a timeless resource for anyone seeking to unlock the full potential of kettlebell training. Intrigued by the fluid movements and dynamic exercises, Steve approached the trainer, a grizzled old-school strongman named Ivan, and asked to join in. Steve, with his athletic background, quickly picked up the movement, and soon found himself enthralled by the challenging yet rewarding nature of kettlebell training.

Word of his progress spread, and soon, athletes from various sports were seeking Steve's expertise.
