Picking up from the Spider-Man: No Way Home post-credits scene, Eddie is snapped back to his universe, but now he’s a wanted man. Meanwhile, a new symbiote god (Knull? Or a hybrid creature?) is hunting Venom to reclaim something lost long ago.

Here’s my take: The title “The Last Dance” means final battle, but also final goodbye. Venom will sacrifice himself to stop Knull from merging with all symbiotes on Earth. BUT – before dying, he leaves a “codex” (a piece of himself) inside Eddie. That piece will eventually become the black suit for Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in Secret Wars or Spider-Man 4 . venom - 3

No more street-level symbiotes. This time, the threat is cosmic. Early reports suggest Knull , the god of the symbiotes, or an emissary like Scream or Lasher . The tagline “The Last Dance” implies Venom may have to destroy himself to save Earth. Picking up from the Spider-Man: No Way Home
